Welcome

You’re ready for a change. Perhaps you’re striving to discover your potential as a leader, to continue your forward momentum. Maybe your job has hit a plateau and you need to recharge your professional energy. When you’re ready to effect a positive change, set your sights on Antioch University New England’s Organization & Management programs. We focus on training and educating creative thinkers to position themselves at the forefront of managing the inevitable changes that accompany progress.

The world is your classroom.

These low-residency programs provide high-impact growth, blending thoughtful instruction with practical experience. And your professors are also practitioners in their fields and the real world is an integral part of your curriculum.

Become part of a team.

Antioch New England’s cohort model establishes a group of learners who begin their education together and move through the curriculum as a team. This approach creates a community of enthusiastic students whose similarities and differences spark lively interactions, creativity, and synergy—important ingredients for a powerful, insightful experience.

Discover the value of the multiple bottom line.

Whether you and your classmates come from nonprofit organizations, small or mid-size businesses, technical, product-based, healthcare, or service industries, you are connected by a common thread—the desire to develop organizations with work environments in which employees can grow and realize their full potential. We call this the multiple bottom line, where success is measured as the sum of a company’s financial health, high standards, sustainable growth, quality of work life, and social responsibility.

Keep your day job.

A working professional who seeks to advance along a career path shouldn’t have to abandon that path while pursuing a graduate education. Our programs are designed to accommodate your busy life, meeting approximately one weekend a month. Some programs have one-week summer intensives and others meet for the regular weekend sessions.

“We introduce students to new ways of seeing their roles and their organizations. We believe effective leaders and managers need to look contextually at problems, think in systemic and creative ways, and, above all, work collaboratively. Professional effectiveness and meaningful careers begin with self-knowledge and a willingness to change and grow. ” — Steven P. Guerriero, PhD
